"I’ve lived at Oceanview Apartments for 8 months and loved every moment here. The community is just beautiful, from the pool to the common areas. I felt safe and peaceful there from the very first minute. One block from West cliff drive and walking there was one of the best things after the long working day. The pricing is reasonable considering the quality and location. The leasing manager, Melissa, is an outstanding. She was always available and helpful and prompt with my questions. Apartment is clean, well equipped, and very spacious. Neighbors are nice and respectful to each other. Move-In and move-out processes were extra easy and quick. We had a fantastic experience! "I'm a 27 year old consultant, lived here for 1.5 years in a 1br on the first floor and was so sad to leave when my company moved me to another city. The place is clean, quiet, safe, and well taken care of, great lighting, cute decor in the common areas, a block from the ocean, beautiful and lush landscaping. The property manager while I was there (Melissa) is easily the best prop. manager I've ever had - quick to go above and beyond to fix problems and provide advice / help with things, and generally lovely. Follow your lease and you will have no issues living here at all. Hot tub and Sauna is great, parking is awesome, pet policy is excellent... There are some old timers that have been living there awhile and the community is friendly and people look out for each other. I really loved living here and will miss it dearly."
