"If I could give 0 stars I would. If you are considering these guys, STAY AWAY! Please read below. These guys manage my HOA and have been nothing but a nightmare to deal with. I have been working with them because I had a leak in my roof. It has been almost 3 months since it started and its still not fixed. They are very slow, do not pick up any calls and generally do not care about customers. They fixed the outside of my roof a month after I initially complained it was leaking, and they had to do it twice since the first time it was not fixed correctly. After that, they had to fix my internal walls, which their guy came and tore up the wall, and it has been sitting like that for the past 2 weeks. They have also not re-imbursed me, since I had to get my own tarp because they were un responsive and could not get anyone to come out and fix my roof, which is very weird because I could get someone in a couple of hours."

"This is a message to owner Mike.... You claim Intempus will respond to tenant requests in 0-2 hours for emergencies and 24 hours for standard and that is NOT happening. It takes MONTHS to complete work orders. Property manager and coordinators have NEVER once answered their direct lines or return phone calls when voicemails are left. Emails go unanswered for DAYS! Constantly needing to follow up on work orders and status updates. Intempus is CLEARLY incapable to manage ANYTHING. STAY AWAY!!!!!"

"Intempus has been the property management company of my condominium complex for about 6 months now. We had a company called Silvercreek previously that seemed to not have a clue what a fiduciary duty is. After the gross negligence by the previous management company we needed a lot of help! It was Shaun McClain to our rescue. We needed a real budget completed and to find ways to cut expenses. He found us a way. We have had some community members that have been extremely challenging but he has handled them with respect and patience. We are finally able to get some very badly needed repairs done and he has been correctly prioritizing what needs to get done. He has been more responsive to the community needs than we've ever been able have before. He is amazingly professional even when faced with some crazy crazy complaints. He did a through background check on our community to see how best to repair past damage and move forward. I believe we still have some challenges ahead, but Shaun has me believing we might just make it through. I believe we were blessed to get Shaun and the whole Intempus team! We are truly grateful."
