"My experience.... called asking for quote on replacing wood fireplace. Owner only asks me to send pictures of inside and outside.. ok. So get the quote and accept it. Day of install comes and his guy says it can't be done. Too Small of pipe in chimney. But his installer picked right up on it in seconds... very unprofessional to do quotes via text pics. If he'd come out and LOOKED at the job. He could've told me immediately it couldn't be done. Off work, time wasted,money lost due to cutting corners on quote. Very upset."
