A big appreciation to her assistant - Mihaela . For always ready to fix issues arising , always prompt and on time .You and Olga make a great team . This review also will not be completed without mentioning the mainteance manager -Atish Chandra …He always goes far and beyond to make living in Lakepoint an exciting experience. Takes initiative and knows that very button to press to fix stuff. You all are the perfect team ! "We moved into this apartment on March 2023. We've lived in 5 different apartment complexes including New Jersey and North Carolina but Lakepoint is by far the best one. We decided to move out from North Carolina & started searching 2 bed room apartments nearby Elk Grove; fortunately, we got a chance to speak with Mihaela & Olga. All the details about the apartment, Virtual tour including Video conversation was provided by Mihaela. Olga (property manager) made the move-in process so easy and painless especially at the time of moving from long distance drive and you were not sure about the arrival time. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues however prompt response from management team was received & resolved in few hours. Finally, I am very happy with the apartments and nicely managed amenities such as Swimming pool, Spa & fitness facilities."

"I moved into this apartment complex in June 2022 and I am amazed by how professional the management team here on site is. The Property manager Olga and Michelle from her team provide the best customer service I’ve seen so far and make this place feel like home. I already placed 3 maintenance requests for minor issues so far and was provided assistance the same day or latest on the following day. This apartment complex is always kept very clean and issues are always taken care of right away. They recently did a lot of work like cleaning the hallways and gutters and freshly painted all the parking areas. You don’t see many apartment complexes that invest money in doing upgrades and keeping up with a nice facility. Also I am a single Parent and the night surveillance security on-site gives me the safety I need.
