"I do love this apartment, but... the management/leasing team is really poor at managing this property. I hope this review can escalate the concerns we have and bring some attentions from the property higher leadership management team. Here's our concerns. Gym Discrepancies: The gym facilities in the North building are notably inferior compared to those in the South building. Additionally, the absence of dedicated spaces for yoga and spinning activities is disappointing and should be addressed. Package Delivery Challenges: The management of package deliveries to the North building has been consistently poor. Most packages end up in the South building, causing inconvenience for residents. A more efficient system is needed to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Communication Challenges: Accessing the Property Management/leasing team has proven to be a significant challenge. Office closures without proper notice, coupled with unresponsive emails, have resulted in frustrating communication experiences. Improvements in responsiveness and accessibility are essential. Parking Concerns: Parking issues persist outside of business hours, and there is a lack of clarity between the security team and leasing regarding towing authorization. Resolving these matters promptly is crucial to ensuring a smooth parking experience for residents. Pest Control Issues: Ongoing pest control problems have been observed, demanding immediate attention and effective measures to address and rectify the situation. Garage Door Malfunction: The malfunctioning garage door in the North building, left open for several days, poses a serious security risk to residents' vehicles and belongings. Urgent repair efforts are required, and regular security patrols should be reinstated. Ineffectiveness of Security Measures: Sporadic security patrols, particularly in the North building, raise concerns about the overall effectiveness of security measures. This has contributed to incidents such as unauthorized use of facilities during late hours. Parking Sticker Oversight: A concerning lack of oversight regarding parking stickers has been observed. Even vehicles without the required stickers do not face consequences. The monthly parking fee raises questions about the value of the service when monitoring and enforcement are lacking. I have attached photo and video evidence documenting a particularly concerning incident involving janitors using the pool and jacuzzi for a late-night party during quiet hours."
"My girlfriend and I recently toured here with very positive experience for both the service and the amenity. Despite our early arrival, Salma graciously accommodated us ahead of our scheduled appointment. Her welcoming and patient demeanor was truly commendable. She even wrote down detail numbers of every units we were interested in, providing clear calculations of costs and monthly payment etc, which we never experienced over the other two dozens places visited earlier. We really enjoyed working with her and her transparency upfront. It's a pretty new apartment complex. Some of the units we toured are still brand new with no prior tenant. Amenity is among the top. There's no high rise in the area so there is plenty of sunlight, and surprisingly quiet. Unfortunately, all the courtyard facing units were gone so we did not rent here. But I would recommend checking this place out."
"Thank you Michelle Azizi! From the moment I called to schedule a tour to getting the keys to my new apartment Michelle has been truly exceptional! She is incredibly detail oriented and genuinely cares about making the process of finding your new home to moving in as easy as possible. I was in a unique position where my move-in date lined up with the holidays which meant that the leasing office would be closed. Despite this, Michelle was able to make the move-in day seamless for me by setting up a locker for me to pick up my keys and by providing detailed instructions on everything, like how to access that locker and she even included a backup plan in case the original one didn't work. I am immensely grateful for Michelle and have been loving my new home!"
"My husband and I have watched this apartment grow from a parking lot, to a hole in the ground, to these beautiful apartments. We visited in September when it had recently opened just the South building and, out of curiosity, we took a walk-in tour with Jennifer. From then, the experience of the tour stuck with me. We applied a few months later once we were able to do so, and Jennifer was again our agent who helped us through the process. She was clear and easy to reach for any questions, and we did ask a lot of questions lol. We appreciate her patience and correspondences to make sure our process went smoothly. Very friendly staff! I love the amenities that it offers here: the walking vicinity of nearby grocery stores and food, gym, pool, spa, lounge, and of course, office space for remote workers!! There are also some community events held in the buildings, which is great for meeting neighbors. The Farmer’s market held on Sunday mornings is just a walk down the block. At the time this review was written, the downstairs businesses in the South building aren’t complete yet, but I’m very curious to see their impact in Japantown. **6/19 Edit: I also had maintenance come in to do some very quick fixes to the apartment (nothing major). Thanks, Raul for the attention to my unit! We look forward to living here :)"
