"I went to see the apartment and ask about the lease but the manager was too mean and is not educated well if they have good management they will educate first and train her before she talks with customers. And it’s worth mentioning this is the first time that I saw a person with this kind of bad behavior."

"We lived here for almost four and a half years and only chose to move because we plan on getting a bigger space for our growing family. It has been a very happy four year, management has always been responsive when we had an issue or question with the space. The townhouse itself felt very homey and comfortable with very welcoming neighbours. There's enough storage space, as well. We were very happy here and would recommend Townhouse apartments to anyone."

"I lived that almost two years, very convenient location, easy to get on 880, and couple blocks form Santa Clara University. The manager Chris is a very pleasant lady, very helpful. I rented a studio, very quiet, and the living area fairly good. The only reason I gave 4 stars is: the facility is slightly old. Anyway, a nice place to live."

"Edit: excuse me? personal interests? I gave this 3 stars back when I lived here, because this building had rats and we saw one in the kitchen more than once, plus unannounced water shut offs and very loud ceilings and floors."

"If I could give these apartments no star I would. They have HORRIBLE management. DO NOT LIVE HERE you’ll be miserable if you do, the rent is way too high."
