"I'd say this apartment complex has cleaned up nicely. The area is usually well kept, clean, tidy, but that Yellow paint is this properties biggest downfall. One star down. I was on a wait list for about ten years. So patience and persistence is key. There's No AC, No gym, No recreacional area, No pool, No playground, No visitor parking, No security, No smoking within 25ft of the apartments, No car repair work on premises, visitor need parking permission. Soda vending machine only available during office hours. There is onsight management, two basketball courts on either end of the apartments, two laundry mat locations, one entrance and exit with two additional emergency exits on either end of the apartments, Security Cameras, Private Property, San Juan Bautista Daycare Center, Rental office Parking, three large garbage bins and the large recycling bins, pet friendly, round the clock maintenance manager and assigned parking spaces. Any noises between 10pm and 7am is a nuisance. Towing will occasionally drive through, don't get caught slippin in the red zone. Annoying crows that crow in the mornings. Cats and spiders everywhere. Office hours Monday 11am to 7pm Tuesdays thru Friday 9am-5pm closed weekends and holidays."

"Worse place to rent at. If I can give them 0 I would. They deleted my comments. DO NOT RENT HERE THEY ARE THEIFS they will take your deposit money when you move. Also have alots of roaches in all there townhomes.Owner and manager never answer calls."
