"This is without a doubt the worst place you could choose to live. First of all the apartments are old and that is not really the problem, the problem is that if your disposal that has been there for 10 years breaks down you have to pay for it even if you have been living there for a month, the common areas are in bad condition. condition, I have been at the property for two years and the jacuzzi has been damaged since then, I put up my Christmas lights and they told me that I had to take them down because it was not allowed if I didn't put them up for two weeks throughout the year, the woman who works as secretary in the office is 0 diligent, we registered our dog as a support pet to live in the apartment and it took 15 days to respond to an email where we had to pay for daycare for our dog and all because the woman sent the wrong email, the place is the most unsafe in the world, they have stolen my car twice from the inside and they have crashed it twice and when you make the report they never have an answer for you, they have security cameras but they can never give you information about this, in a few In other words, you are paying a lot of money for a place where you cannot live in peace and you do not feel the support of the rental office."

"Rude and incompetent property management. Made my application process a nightmare. I provided everything they needed. I sent my paystubs and ID copies in one email. Says did not receive paystubs, but received the IDs, I show the prove and send it again. This is not a big deal in itself. But she calls me again the next day that I did not provide previous landlords, I told her to look further in the form and she confirmed (check it first before you call to blame me).
