"Awful place to be in avoid at all cost if I have a choice to put 0 stars I would manager here and maintenance people are lazy here moved in to a new appartment and the walls are already molding I’m assuming they didn’t change the whole wall but painted over it the manager here send their maintenance people to spy on us to let the manager know if we have something she doesn’t like to see and etc when there’s an issue the maintenance people wouldn’t fix it and will take a long time for them to come and fix as with my water sink leaking the maintenance guy told me it’s not leaking when it’s obviously leaking and took them a week to fix I also talk to other neighbors and they told me that they tried talking to Kimberly the manager and the maintenance that their filter water isn’t tasting good and good to drink and haven’t been fix yet for months and don’t let me get started with the parking I seen a guy who lives here for 10 years get their car towed away it’s a permit parking if you have more than 2 cars don’t mind coming here you’ll have only permit for inside and out and if you don’t have the right permit your car will get tow and don’t even come here if you don’t want your privacy be invaded by the maintenance people telling the manager everything I hope the landlord change the manager here majority she isn’t here but at her other job I assume"

"Avoid at all cost! Not only is the building itself horrible but the management is even worse. They listen to your concerns yeah but does nothing about it. House functions keeps breaking, Stains and dirt are all over the floors, never cleaned. Elevator constantly broken and takes more than a month to be fixed. Getting stuff repaired would take so long, from asking for help to them actually coming to your unit just for them to take even longer to fix. Constant break-ins and smashed windows to cars in the garage, and the manager does not care. Dont get me started about parking, its only for permitted cars to be parked in the garage, if your car is not in ur assigned spot, then the car that is being occuppied in that spot is being reported to the manager and will be tolled. The safety of this complex is horrible and constant people sleep around."

"Horrible place. Avoid!!! they only permit one space of parking even if your house has two cars, so good luck on finding parking for the other car. the garage is not safe either. Our car got broken into and management did nothing about it. Apartments are also filled with roaches and ants with frequent "handyman" visits."

"the manager here is so helpful and patient. she checked up on my grandfather who lives alone on multiple occasions, so she definitely cares about the residents. so grateful for her hard work and kindness."

"Worst place i've ever lived in, avoid this at all costs! When we moved in there were rude neighbors and it's very noisy at night and morning cause of the company next to us. Apartment hot water is broken and is only on extremely hot or extremely cold never in between. Also, apartments are filled with roaches and ants and the landlord here doesn't want to do anything about it."
