"Lived here for 14 years, in two units. Very good apartment complex. Very quiet and peaceful. Although the management changed during this time, quality of service has held up. Well maintained. Maintenance staff was prompt and efficient. Highly recommended. Rental deposit was promptly returned within two weeks after deducting the balance of water and garbage bill. Another positive point."

"So the leasing office representative has resigned, and whoever is in the leasing office temporarily they are extremely rude, and they act as if you are unwelcome and you are invading their privacy if you go to leasing office. I wanted to scan an id card and the representative acted as if I am robbing her of something. Very very rude. please have some people skills. I am a rent payer and I have every right to enter the leasing office and ask for help if I need it urgently."

"Staff is always friendly! Maintenance is very prompt and accommodating. My family and I love it here. Pool is always clean and grounds are well maintained. I love that we have large patios. Fences and gates are all in need of repair and replacement, but I do see that they are updating things all the time."
