"We have been living at Evelyn Gardens for more than 3 years and we couldn't be happier. The location is great with Caltrain station, Costco, grocery stores, highways nearby. The apartments are very thoughtfully remodeled with modern steel appliances, dimmable ceiling lights in some places, great cabinets and cupboards in kitchen and bathrooms and a huge pantry. The management is very pro-active in maintaining the community and they are pretty quick with maintenance requests. They even organize some community/holiday events. Rafael is very friendly and helpful. Overall, this is one of the best apartments we have lived in."

"I lived in Evelyn Gardens for 2 years. I highly recommend this community. The apartments are remodeled (as far as I know, all of them with in unit laundry). Neighbors are great. Very friendly and quiet as well. It's a good place for raising your kid as well. The administration was always very active! They also take care of every issue you may face in your apartment, such as a dripping faucet, missing window fades, clogged kitchen sink. The merit goes to how quickly your request is fulfilled. Bottomline is that I don't have anything to complain. I was well served in there and I would definitely consider living there again in the future."

The maintenance guy Rafael is a gem of a person, very responsive and always at your service. The location is great with many grocery stores nearby and also Lawrence Station is at walking distance. The new property manager Aislynn is very helpful and friendly. Overall highly recommend it to everyone."
