"Most noise polluted apartments I’ve ever lived before. Here you can hear all kind of sounds from traffic, airplane , local train and goods train. Worst place to live if you want to stay in peaceful place do not move here. This place is the most noisiest place."

"I am a past resident of this complex. There were some good people that worked here before but that has changed. This past weekend I asked the person (Sean or Shawn) working in the office if he’d grab a package for me and hold it, bc when we lived there package theft was an issue. Mind you, I was going to be by to pick it up, I was simply busy feeding my baby when I received the FedEx alert and photo of the delivery. Sean went on to quote the Fair Housing Act as to why he couldn’t get my package, and how my packages were my responsibility. Long story short, I had to hop in the car and pick my package up asap. Once I was there he was rude and unprofessional. I don’t think these folks get trained or maybe he was just having bad day. It’s tough bc you have to interact with the front desk on a regular basis so these types of difficult/ don’t bother me personalities do not provide good customer service. Good luck if you live there."

"So far, in terms of safety, I feel pretty safe in the apartment complex, but I am not sure what to make of management. They have a standardize credit report detailing negative stuffs on your credit that is not even accurate. This is done so to increase security deposit, another thing to be aware of is that they don't allow for some odd reason to pay online when you first move in. I had to move in on the 25th of June and they only gave me two options to pay (check or money order). It was a weekend and I was not able to get checks from my bank so I ended up paying money order for month of June and July. It turns out that now Im getting a statement from conservice that there was a balance of 1800 and having with month of august coming around, the total balance due is over 4000. Not sure what kind of shady business is going on, I will try to resolve it, but as of right now, my experience with management is pretty sour."

"It’s truly been nothing but a pleasure to live at this apartment community. The amenities are a good 8/10 and the renovated apartments have everything you’d ever need (size, proper layout, adequate lighting, etc). Where this place earns its 5 stars is the staff. From the maintenance team to the leasing office they all take pride in their work and provide a great professional but personable experience."
