"I have lived here for about 2 years and I would say it is a pretty nice place. It is a good location with plenty of places nearby. The manager Zamira is great and always available. Whenever I have had a problem she was very quick to get it taken care of. It is a nice quite place. The rent was the most reasonable that I found in the area to. I would recommend it to others."
"The best thing about this place is the resident Manager Zamira. She takes care of my maintenance needs quickly and always pleasant to talk to. It's in a nice neighborhood and apartment itself is pretty quiet at nights. Conveniently located (3 min drive to freeway, 5 min drive to a Shopping centers, 15 min walk to YMCA etc). It's an older buildings but it's under rent control which is a big plus for me - and rent is pretty reasonable for this area."
