"I love the apartment and the community. The apartment is very spacious and the balcony is huge. There is a good walking area around us. The maintenance team is very nice and quick to address concerns. However the electricity bills (PG&E) are very huge when we turn on the AC/Heater (once came upto about $700 per month for a 2bed-2bath) and we ultimately avoided using the heater during cold months as well. There is a lot of draft coming in from the fireplace and some other places. There is a slight issue with safety as well, I have had a stranger knock at my window at 2am in the morning and one at 8pm."
"Took over a month to fix. Also had an issue with my a/c that was not resolved. But somehow they completed the job????? Worst apartments I have ever lived in. Staff is incompetent and racist."
"We moved in a couple of weeks ago. Our apartment was pretty good, but we started having Amazon packages stolen and/or violated and it doesn't feel safe here. You rarely see people using the common areas — it seems like other people are scared too. Overall the biggest issue is the neighborhood and lack of security. I would advise against moving here."
"First date I moved in, the washer was not good and water fill out of living room, I use my shower towel to absorb water and my cat litter box and cat are made by wood, they all can't use anymore, if I don't call maintenance to come, the community have to pay a lot to replace their wood floor. The office said it what I should do, I want to say to make sure everything is all set is what you should do, not waste my time and my money to help you do what you should do. And they refuse to pay me anything because I don't have any evidence. The maintenance guy saw everything, office said everybody can see everything. Ok, what do you think? And parking lots always full, people live here but their cars have no where to park, my car parked at public space, and it's always super dirty because parking space always during construction. I do three times car wash and my car still dirty. I rate 2 stars because maintenance guy come very in time and they have good attitude, they apologize to resident and fix everything very quick. Office, I don't want to comment. I just know it's not fair to me."
"Poor management and communication. Closed about 30% of all parking spots off for construction without notice, likely to turn them into paid spots Edit: Seems they actually plan to remove more like 50% of the spots and force out current residents from parking in the community in general (since you can’t even park in unassigned covered parking without the threat of being towed… and can’t pay for one either since there is somehow a waitlist)"
