"Aside from the increasing shabbiness, I lived there 4 years. I kept the unit as if I owned. It smelled of dog urine which I got out of the laminate. But management is dishonest. My lease clearly states they cannot withhold security deposit for painting. They kept $325 for painting and $210 cleaning. That is $535. I overpaid my rent and they kept $69 of that. That’s almost $400 willow park stole from me and they won’t do what is right. Stay clear unless you have money to throw away. 2023 Once again management is refusing to respond to an 82 year old tenant to get her security deposit back. She payed $600 13 years ago. She was told on one call answered that the security deposit is $140. When questioned management said I wasn’t here then , so I don’t know. Horrible management ."

"I just want to start off by saying I love the property , It is in a great neighborhood and close to just about everything. Working in Morgan hill the commute two and from work is amazing. I can see me and my wife staying here a year or two and possibly moving into a 2 bedroom in a year or so here if they have one. The maintaince man is also extremely professional and answers your calls really fast which is plus when you are at work and away from home a lot. I want to give a special shout out to GLADYS NAVA our property manager. She was amazing during the entire process to ensure we could get in at a fast time to our new place. She made the entire process extremely welcoming and easy for me and my wife. If you are looking for a great place to live and wanting to get close to the city but still love the suburban feel this is the spot highly recommend!"
