"This community was one of the bad stays i ever had. I just stayed for 4 months and it was unbearable experience. Its a very small community with overhyped prices, which isn't worth at all. You keep hearing the noises everyday from neighbor kids, the leasing manager was super rude, you don't get to even put patio lights or any decor in your apartments, even though there is no damage done. There are very weird rules there which i didnt get to see in other apartments in bay area. Being experienced with different communities in the bay area, this was the worst stay i had."
