"I would not recommend for families! There are always weekend drunk parties outside on the streets of Leslie and the place is trashed every weekend, public urination and drinking in front of the apartments. The on site security does nothing. Stay away! Called the onsite folks many times. Told me to call the authorities and they cannot do anything."

"A few years ago I applied in this place. At that time there was a lady, her name is Niraly, it was my first apartment that I was going to rent since I had just arrived from Mexico and I don't have social security and I couldn't speak English either. I remember her kindness and her patience with which she treated me and even though I did not have a rental history, she looked for a way to help me and my family. It took me 3 years living in the community. Unfortunately, I had to move somewhere else when I finished the contract. It is worth mentioning that since I took the apartment, many of my relatives were able to get an apartment here too because they are in the same situation as me. A week ago I tried to return to the community and I met the most racist person I have ever seen, a young lady who when she saw me greeted me very kindly in English and when I asked her if there was someone who spoke Spanish she changed her attitude completely. She asked me what I wanted to which I responded that I was looking for a three-bedroom apartment. Out of her intuition, she told me directly that I would need social security if not. You have no Ban to approve it, just that she told me and I continued working as if I were not unemployed. I honestly think that to work in those positions they must hire kind people who want to help people in a kind way. It is worth mentioning that the lady also spoke spanish"

"The absolute WORST experience in apartment hunting. My family visited this complex multiple times because of how much we loved its location and layout. Toured 3 times and finally decided to lease as soon as price dropped. The unit was in OUR name. All signed and ready to go. We get notified of a change in move in date for 3 weeks earlier; so either move now or lose the great price. Ke Bradford and her manager advised my family to put in their notice for current resident as everything was good to go!!! Obviously dropping everything and moving in one week is next to impossible, so we asked to honor the price for another unit available at a better time. They said no. So, now current place has a move out notice AND we lost the great unit we were assigned to. No response from management either. Money hungry cowards."

"Worst community ever. For starters I had my car brake in 2 times in my parking garage and still the management does not want to take any action on it. They have worst service, no community maintenance, they will cut the light for hours and say contact PG&E. It’s just a headache living in this community. Every now and then I have to worry about my safety and my family’s safety. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone."

"The 3-bedroom unit at Pathfinder Village Apartments we got for me and my husband is by far one of the most beautiful apartments along Fremont Boulevard. The units are really spacious, well-designed floor plans and we got almost everything we needed of a comfortable, stylish, clean and quiet place to stay after our rough days at work. The amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, the gym and the its other common areas are a huge plus for all its residents. The property manager is extremely helpful and very responsive of all our every query and concerns. She makes sure everything is accomplished and updates us immediately whenever we have any questions or anything we need addressed. She guided us really well in setting up our accounts with PG&E and patiently walked us through every details of the apartment areas. The apartment is so close to everything, the Fremont Hub, the malls, restaurants, and other recreational establishments. We’re enjoying our stay here at Pathfinder Village Apartments because it’s everything we ever needed in a place to stay where we really feel at home."
