"These apartments are poorly managed and poorly staffed to say the least… they used to have decent staff back in 2016 but that is not the case anymore. It’s always a hassle to get the maintenance man to come and fix things and they often make excuses or look for reasons to not do the work. One time a group of kids were playing football outside my apartment and they threw the ball at my window damaging the screen and when I went to the office to make a maintenance request the maintenance man tried to claim that I damaged my own window which was infuriating to say the least. This place is the definition of a dog and pony show"
