Our leasing consultant, Stephanie Angel, was exceptional throughout the entire process. Despite our busy schedule checking out multiple places, Stephanie remained patient and attentive to our needs. She listened to us attentively and went the extra mile to ensure we found the perfect place, even putting in extra hours to assist us. Her professionalism made the entire experience hassle-free. "The Redwood Place Apartment Homes is one of the best communities you can find in the Sunnyvale area. It is quite luxurious and newly built, and the amenities are amazing. The surrounding area is pretty safe as well, and there is ample parking. Overall, it has been a smooth process for me. I was able to schedule a tour online, and then leasing consultant, Zara Purohit went above and beyond to help me throughout the application process. She was extremely patient in answering all of my questions, and she was quite professional. Overall, it has been a smooth process so far."
"Sharing my experience for the new buildings Cons: 1. The Noise - Leaf blowing for EVERY weekdays from as early as 8am. Even closing the windows can't help. There is no peaceful and quiet morning here. - Footsteps. Although buildings are fairly new, the poor structure with paper thin ceiling make all the noise from upstair all passing down to downstairs. 2. The ants There is severe pest infestation in these new buildings. I am on the 4th floor yet there's still ants crawling in my unit 3. Power tripped It seems to be some issue with the circuits of the building as multiple units are encountering the same issue. Even watching TV(with no other appliances on) could cause the power to trip... Overall, it doesn't really worth such high rent with all these issues above."
"I've been living here for a couple of years, and I've only used the pool a few times. The management team has become really strict. One instance during a small gathering @ the pool area, the manager informed us that the limit was only two guests per resident. Despite observing other groups with larger parties, I was initially told to ask all my guests to leave. However, after persisting, the manager allowed my party to stay. It's frustrating because if I were a frequent pool user or had multiple gatherings, I could understand these rules. But considering I've only used the pool a couple of times, it seems outrageous. After that incident, I noticed security taking photos of all the parties near the pool. They even came inside, stood in the corner, and took multiple photos of us. My group felt uncomfortable being watched and photographed, especially when security stood outside the glass window and took more pictures. While I appreciate the manager allowing us to have a dinner party by the pool, I've decided not to host any more events here. I felt uncomfortable and validated, given the security's intrusive actions. I'm not sure if the leasing office instructed security to monitor parties and limit guests. Despite having multiple tables, grills, and seats, the limit of two guests per household seems contradictory. This has been the strictest leasing office I've encountered, despite the well-maintained plants, workers blowing leaves, and an attractive pool area to attract new residents. The restriction of only allowing two guests per household makes it challenging to invite people over in the common areas. Although it was a nice place to live when I first moved here, the manager mentioned enforcing rules due to an increase in residents. I'm unsure about renewing my lease; I'm pretty disappointed with this place. Additionally, I received a letter from the management stating that they've observed personal items stored in the common area outside my home. The only item I have outside the apartment is a shoe rack. Interestingly, I've noticed almost every resident having a shoe rack outside their homes. It's becoming absurd how strict they are here. While it's a nice place, and they maintain it well, I would advise potential residents to think twice before moving here due to their excessive strictness. These cons are not worth the amount of money people are paying on rent..."
"I booked a self-guided tour to see Redwood Place Apartment Homes and although the self-guided tour was a bit rough with an inaccessible path shown to me through the app due to the construction, and amenities such as the pool, gym, inner rooms etc. not being on the route, I was able to get great support from the leasing staff both after calling the support number who quickly helped me. While ultimately I chose not to lease here right now for a few reasons (cost, some construction still underway, etc.), I was still able to see the extremely nice community and appreciated the excellent leasing staff support. In particular, I wanted to give a shout out to Craig H., the primary leasing consultant I was connected with. He was excellent to deal with, helping to arrange units for me to see, and very promptly answered all of my questions. Thanks Craig!"
