"I lived at Roberts Lane for 7 Years. Kathy Skillern is the Property Manager. She is very kind, caring property manager i have ever met(I came to USA during 1999). She is always listen to the community, very supportive and implements Community rules unbiasedly Recently I moved to my own home. I handed over my apartment moderately cleaned, but she did her best to get 70% security deposit. Also the This property has excellent Maintenance department lead by Jason Moliane, he is very kind and responsive. I would recommend anyone looking for Apartment/Town homes in Irvington District Fremont, CA, this would be right place. You would enjoy this property I bet."
