"Their answering system says they "value [my] time" but the call goes straight to voicemail and they don't return calls. I stopped by during their posted office hours and no one was around. Imagine how hard it will be to contact them if you rent here and need help. Take your money elsewhere, to a management company that cares."

"Went to apply to their apartments back in February 2021. We toured an apartment and it was lovely. The unit looked well kept and nice so we decided to apply. The application process was kind of a mess when it came to figuring out what our move in costs would be. We kept getting conflicting information and in the end we chose not to move forward with lease signing because we felt very uncomfortable with the leasing office. By this time we had already paid the refundable $250 security deposit (to secure the apartment while we finished the application process). Getting the refund was such a hassle. I called multiple times and each time i was told i would get a call back with more information and I never got a call back. I called multiple times to update the mailing address and every time i called they still had the old address as the one to send the check to. After calling continuously and Emailing, i finally got my refund after 5 months... Not worth it."

"Gated Community & Secured property!! I have been living in this apartment for more than 3 years. I am very much satisfied and happy. Nancy is a Fantastic Manager, Friendly and Understandable. They call and inform incase of any delays in rent payments. Very good Maintenance Service, reachable at any time. Best thing is, you have Fremont hub with all shopping stores right at the corner. Indian Groceries, CVS Pharmacy, Walgreens, Target, Trader's Joe, Ross, Marshalls, Starbucks, Sprouts, Wholefoods etc... Love this place!!"

"It's a gated community. No temporary parking space available inside. Their maintenance service is good. But quality of building materials used like paint, cabinets etc. are cheap and poor in finishing."
