"I just moved into this property one week ago and the experience is awesome so far. Victoria is my agent and she helped me a lot during this process. I can share some fact: 1. Amenity is clean. I love the swimming pool and the gym, they are great. But the gate controls system is not working properly now, specifically elevator and gate in building 3. It's related to a water hazard and they are working on it now. 2. The unit itself and the whole neighborhood is beautiful and quiet. You can see people walk their dog in the park or rooftop."

"Moving in was a total breeze thanks to Quincie! She nailed it on professionalism and sorted out all my needs. And the neighborhood is one of the best I've ever lived in. Super close to Trader Joe's, Wholefoods, and more - all just a quick 5-10 minute walk away. The area's quiet and feels super safe too. Plus, the apartment's amenities are amazing. Absolutely love it here:)"
"We had our locked storage unit broken into and burglarized less than one month into living here. Management has been totally unhelpful. We pointed out several ways that the building security could be improved (cameras in the garage/storage units, key fob access to the elevators, etc.) but they told us there's nothing more they can do. Ridiculous. Today we found two more units that were broken into!! Don't move here unless you want to pay inordinate amounts of money to live in an unsafe building with management who will blow you off."
