"Do NOT move here (previous resident), scammed us over 500-600$+ some months for utilities and don't provide you with your own meter number for pg&e, When we moved out paid for a new paint job fee (500$) and 150$ cleaning fee on top of fees for damages and whatnot. On top of that they don't even give you a day to pay the last bills before sending your debt to collections. Then once we paid the bill the debt still ended up on our credit reports because it wasnt cancelled... Also the pool was under "maintenance" the entire time we lived there... Staff is friendly and maintenance requests are responded to quickly, appreciate that its dog friendly but unless you have a section 8 voucher this place is NOT worth the full price."

"First off, I would like to thank Metro 77 & 85 for giving me the opportunity to live in such a nice place for the past 3 years. Not once have I had an issue with neighbors, security, or lack of communication with the staff. The maintenance crew is quick to respond and help, and it's right next to downtown San Leandro which is close to Bart which is always a plus for day trips to the City."

"Laura is the property manager she was very nice and helpful! She showed us many different options throughout the building and explained to us all the features that were available to us. It was refreshing to have a property manager that was very nice and happy to show us different options she was very thorough and helpful throughout this whole process!!"

"Stayed in the property for close to 3 years. New management came in and I have to say the property manager Laura has really streamlined things and a lot of improvements have been made. She is very easy to reach and always ready to help and ensure residents are comfortable and all issues sorted out. The turnaround time for maintenance is good. Ernesto and Edgar do a good job and are also very friendly and approachable!"
