"i like this apartment because some apartments have swimming pools, but some not"

"We didn't end up renting from here, so I cannot speak to that experience, but one thing that surprised was that this apartment complex accepts cats and dogs, but not rabbits. All pets can damage apartments if precautions aren't taken. Dogs can be very loud and destructive and track in lots of dirt, potentially damaging carpets. Cats can scratch and chew baseboards and cords and urinate when stressed. Rabbits, in comparison to dogs, are very quiet. They don't bark or meow. They don't make sounds, at least not ones that are easily audible. Rabbits are very hygienic animals and prefer to live in clean places - for example, I don't know of our rabbits ever peeing outside of their litter box. They don't go outside and can't track in mud that could stain a carpet. The management said rabbits weren't allowed because they could chew the carpet. While it's true rabbits, like cats or dogs, can destroy items in an apartment like carpet, that is the reason a pet deposit or fee exists and why tenants are responsible for damages done to an apartment. For example, we keep fleece in our current apartment over our carpet just in case our rabbits were to become interested. Rugs are another option a tenant could put over carpet if they were worried about losing their pet deposit. Either way, it was quite surprising that this property allows cats and dogs, which also if not properly trained will damage apartments, but not rabbits because they could damage the carpet."

"They have pros an cons. Pros: -Very nice complex of apartments. -The apartments have a good size and I love the design inside. -Some apartments have garage or parking lot. -Some apartments have back yard. -Inside have a dishwasher, stove, oven, and refrigerator (old). -They have a good maintenance service, they come very fast and they are respectful. -They have apartments with 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms. - They have apartments with wood floor and carpet, or only carpet in the bedroom or with carpet in all apartment. -The bathroom are nice (I love the vanity inside) -Is close to supermarket and schools that is so good. -I never saw any rat or roach inside the apartment. I saw rats in the garbage station and garages. - Some people in the leasing office are really good. Cons: -Old building, old connections, that's why is expensive than others. - They don't have grounded connection. -Inside, Don't have a microwave. -Don't have air conditioning (this is a problem in the sunny days or summer). -Don't have a double panel Windows, in winter you can feel the cold wind inside the apartment. -The laundry room is out of the apartments and is dirty with mold. -Wash laundry machines don't wash well and leave laundry dirty and sometimes it comes out dry and without washing clothes. -Some people use laundry room after 1am. -The pool never is warmer, always is cold. -They have a spa (The people never use this) -Don't have a gym (They should be change the spa area for a Gym). -The parking is a problem, If you have more than One car. *For hot days you can buy a fan, but for the winter wind you can't do nothing*"

"Should be avoided unless you wanted a house very urgently. Cheap materials used, hell lot of kids not a good apartment to live in. The outside of the apartment is good with broad walking path etc but the apartment itself sucks. Water, trash nothing is included in the rent. Everything out of pocket. Think before you ink on this apartment. Also beware of the ridiculous move out charges. Just forget about the deposit you pay them and also expect to pay more above the deposit as move out charges."

"Pros: -Good/safe area -1/4 mile walk to a grocery store, coffee shop, couple other things. -Laundry rooms in each building made it easy -Generally a comfortable place to be, with respect to the following: Cons: -No AC, killer in the 3 digit heat this past summer -They're removing pools, making the no AC a major problem, it was the only relief from the heat. -Some apartments are pretty shabby. -Repairs aren't great. They spray painted the rusty metal sink to cover the rust (wore off after a few months) tile showers are painted over. Some fuel gas piping doesn't have proper fire block, they just caulk around the pipes where the drywall crumbles away. -Our apartment was DIRTY. They claimed it was cleaned before we moved in, but we spent a couple hours after moving, everything we wiped with came back black. The cleaning crew was a husband/wife couple a vacuum and a bottle of LA's totally awesome cleaner, and a rag. Come on. We had the carpets cleaned as well, but it didn't make much difference. -Heating isn't very good -Thin walls -Crappy windows, like storm windows, didn't lock very well. Could go either way: -A LOT of kids that can be VERY loud -No roaches inside, but there are some bigger sewer roaches that come out at night. So, You'd definitely want to be on the second floor. Parking is right along the back side of the ground floor bedroom and bath windows. For the price, I feel like you could find a decent place that's better kept. But if you're in a pickle and just need a place, it is bearable place to live. Just keep expectations low."
