"Last week I called and left a message since I saw a special on a 1 bedroom unit. Within 10 minutes, Amber called me back letting me the available times, as we were already in the area, I asked her if 11:30 would work (it was 10:54am) and she said sure and I'll see you here. We arrived and she was friendly and welcoming. We tour one unit and was set. She throughtly explained the online portal, next steps knowing there was a protential new tenant waiting. I filled out the online application while she met with the next guest. Came back and she needed to wrap up with them when she confirmed she receieved it. I was planning on moving next Saturday. During the week I was communicating with Adriana who was super helpful and covering for Amber. Amber did contact me on Tuesday with the green light that I can move on Saturday. Fast forward to Saturday, I met Amber and she THROUGHLY went over a pre move in inspección hightlighting things that were existing. So when previous are mentioning about not getting there deposit, I questioned how they turn in their unit after move out. Once again she covered everything and I was even able to meet Raul of our the maintence workers. I highly recommend four Seasons and please dont sleep on this Lively community."

"This apartment complex is actually quite dangerous there was at least 3 shootouts that has taken place in the past 7 months that I have been here.the police are always around for some reason and there’s always cig butts everywhere, not to mention there’s a noise complaint given to the whole apartment every month.the office lady is very rude and inconsiderate in general and if you put in a noise complaint personally they don’t take you seriously.they do nothing,the walls are very thin and you can hear everything your neighbours do.I once lived under a family that did not care at all and I can’t even begin to describe the noise,then they had me move into a different apartment that had holes in the wall and torn up carpet that they said they would fix but never did.It was okey at first but I’m afraid the same problem is beginning to start up again I’m convinced these walls are made out of paper mache! I can literally hear them everytime they flush the toilet and speak I’ve lived in apartments before and it’s never been like this and it’s not a very nice community either there’s adults that yell at the kids outside because they are to loud,it’s just a mess"

"DO NOT MOVE: It will be pain full when you move out. They will charge every penny from your security deposit and more if possible. I moved out did a through carpet vacuumed, However which needs to be shampooed. But for that they will charge for Heavy cleaning. They will take away all your deposit by hook or crook. It is expected normal wear and tear in apartment when occupied for almost 2 years and they will say we expected to get the apartment back as we gave. I throughly cleaned up before leaving. Still they will charge for everything. Update: One more addition: Apartments are not well insulated, I feel this now as my current apartment I don’t have to run heater as compared to four seasons."

"I don't live here. One of my best friends did and I was always there and then he moved and my Ex/Friend happened to move into not only the same complex building but the exact same apartment.. It was my getaway, my hiding spot. I loved the pool and the hot tubs and the view from his balcony at night time was gorgeous and so peaceful and relaxing. The freeway is right there so you do hear the cars but speaking from my experience it wasn't loud it all just came together made it one of a kind."
