"My cousin is looking for a place to live. If John and Diane Are still management I would never suggest her go to Valley terraced apartments but if John and Diane were gone and not living there anymore I just might send a few referrals. And updates in this place are a must. Lived at Valley Terrace for 10 years with a 1950's stove. The heat does not hold in the apartment because the windows are super thin and leak air from the outside. And don't get me started on the super unsafe outdated electrical in these apartments"
