"This place has zombies apocalypse living there, kicking in your door just because you don't want your children playing with their children.. ..pretending to be your friend and lying to other tenants, stalking your apartment so they can break in. And the list goes on, never again, will I ever, live there , would rather sleep on the streets than to live in this place. So thankful to be out of that hell hole, looks like a wonderful place to live, looks are deceiving. You don't want to live in these nasty apartments."
"For all the people facing discrimination or lack of maintenance, please take your concerns to HUD and the department of fair housing, do not waste your time talking to the corporate office. If they cared, they would not have these people there in the first place. I am not a resident but in a similar situation with my apartments and we as people who are paying our rents we deserve professional treatment."
"I'm a current resident, my husband and I have been for the past almost I believe 4 years (maybe 3). When we first moved in the two blonde women in the office where very friendly and helpful they understood our previous living situation and did whatever they could to get us in ASAP! However the current office staff is a joke, a very bad unprofessional joke! I absolutely loved our little hole in the wall of a "home" for my self husband and 2 small children. Now, I'm dying to move. I have had several incidents with the office "staff" being down right rude (not only to adults but children as well), discriminatory, and very very unprofessional. And I have talked with other residents that have all had the same experience with them...in fact to think about it I have yet to hear one good thing about them. And unfortunately despite mine several complaints to corporate about them and several other residents complaints corporate doesn't seem to care! I would never refer anyone to these apartments, it's actually quite sad to see how down hill it's gone in the few years I have been around. These apartments have such potential! Please don't waste your time, money or effort! And to be honest I hope someone in corporate eventually begins to care because I could see someone filing a very large lawsuit against them for just the discrimination and unprofessional service you receive from the so called "professionals" in the front office!! Good luck and happy house/apartment hunting!"
"Cars broken into and or stolen on the daily, shootings, murder, drug sales, rude incompetent office staff, racist harassing lying tenants and no security whatsoever. Even the police say to not move into here. You deserve to feel and be safe, don't move here."
"Me and my family tried to move to these apartments after we had gotten our voucher from the housing agency here in Fairfield and the manager of these apartments was being very discriminate towards us, she refused to work with us, and she had us going up and down the city for needless documents. Her assistant manager was also very difficult to work with he tried to act as if he was the main manager of the place. And one day we went to give them a document they had requested and she acted as if she didn't even want to talk to us. she kept trying to kick me out of her office when i insisted that i could wait until she was done doing what she was doing and in the she got her assistant manager to kick me out of the office. And after all she put us through she didn't give us the apartment. So if you are looking for an apartment do not move here it will be a horrible experience I assume. But in total their management style is really unprofessional and i would not request these apartments to 1st timers here i Fairfield."
