"My experience so far have been good at 777 Hamilton. I just renew my second year. I did have some issue with my apartment which the maintenance team took care very fast. Many thanks to Fernando for his work and condominium manage Rajesh for his great customer service during this time !"

"This apartment is the worst I ever stayed. There is no management, no maintain. DON'T RENT IT! 1. The keys are not working well for gates, lounge, pool (although it's useless). You have to try many times before opening any gates, and nobody fixed it after I reported one year ago. 2. There is no management, they are still claiming covid caused them off-site working and nobody answers the call, you have to wait until they call back. 3. They are always trying to overcharge, they have hidden fees for lots of thing, and are trying to charge large amount of clean fee and painting. 4. They are also trying to charge over-stay fees while I gave them enough notice."

"I enjoy living in this property. I had a great experience with Aubrey from the community relations team. She helped me solve a couple of problems which have complex context quickly and professionally. Moreover, Aubrey is always ready to listen and provide immediate responses. It's awesome to have someone who listens and acts fast!!! Her help has made my stay here much more comfortable! Big thanks to Aubrey!"

"This is a review regarding the tour I had recently. Granted it was all remote, I had a great time checking out the units I was interested in. Komal Namrita Nand was the agent who helped me and she was very prompt with my requests via phone call and answered all the questions I had thoroughly. I was able to check out more than 1 unit of the same floor plan, and I appreciated that."

"Absolutely horrible management. They are impossible to get hold of. Their email responses are extremely unhelpful. The manager, Julia Sullivan, has been super rude in responding and doesn’t ever provide a helpful response. 1. They have lost two of our packages and when asked where they went, she told us that our lease agreement says they can’t take any responsibility for the lost packages. 2. We wanted an additional parking spot, and she said it will be $150/month, even though the initial agreement that both parties signed said $100. It was only when we showed the agreement, she accepted 100$. But wonder how many other people they may have scammed this way. Would not recommend this place to anyone."
