"Terrible attention, I just asked for information and such a stupid question, the person who answered me on the phone said he can't answer me because the documents are in English, when clearly the person who answered me speaks Spanish, the question was so simple to say yes or no But I think more than anything it was a racial issue, how sad that a Latino himself treats you like that, and even sadder that potential clients prefer not to even visit because of this issue.
