"I made a small order for my forge build at night, and the next morning, I received what I ordered. The costs are very competitive and I chose ground shipping, but I suppose they had a truck coming out and upgraded my shipping to speedy ship and I was able to get back to work on my project sooner than expected. I was able to get the small parts I needed from one source. I'd recommend this shop."

"Ordered the correct piece of glass and there was what we thought was a scratch on it when opened and we were ok with that as long as the glass fit and worked. (Its winter and we need the woodstove for heat.) Let the cement and the new gasket set for over 8 hours, built a small fire and no problems. Woke up the glass being broke and contacted their customer service only to be told we installed it incorrectly as the crack happened where the brackets are. I installed the glass per the manufacturers specifications for that stove as to not risk overtightening the brackets. But they would offer me a one time 50% off on a replacement piece of glass to "fix" the situation. Moral of the story don't order from them as the customer service is NOT willing to work with you even if you suspect something wrong from the get go."

"I ordered a valve from this company, was told it would work on a customer's fireplace. After it would not work I was told I would need 3 more parts in order for that valve to work. I wrote a comment on there chat blog about how I unhappy I was about only getting free shipping and not some kind of discount because of their mistake. After I wrote that comment some guy named Dean called me and told me he was canceling my order because of my comment. He told me I was unfit and not the right person to do business with this company because of my comment. Are you frickin kidding me!!!! So last night at 11:37pm my order for the extra parts was canceled!! I myself plus the homeowners have lost numerous hours and days now dealing with this company. Be very careful doing business with this company! I have never been treated with so much disrespect and unprofessionalism in all my life!!!BEWARE All!!!!"

"We contacted a few different fireplace stores locally in California to help us with conversion from Natural Gas to Propane. The fireplace was brand new and we had purchased the wrong one. It was used less than 6 times and we needed the discontinued conversion kit. All the stores wanted us to buy a new fireplace. I thought it was crazy to replace the whole thing with construction to the room when my unit was brand new. I found New Energy online and their customer service via email was excellent. We provided them the Model and Serial# and they found us OEM parts to make the conversion. We followed their instructions and the fireplace works beautifully now. Thank-you for all your help Dean!
