"I love my apartment and my two daughters are so happy here. We thank God for allowing us to find this beautiful apartment and this community is amazing and we love the Manager Leslie and her kindness and professionalism go a long way. I love the maintenance team and very professional services and overall we love this place and our neighbors are friendly. Thank you God for watching over us."

"Worst experience of myself (disabled combat veteran) and my wife and 1 year old child. The property owner does not care about tenants and there is only one point of contact to get anything done. If you have to many maintenance issues on there online portal. Or just have a family. You will most likely get kicked out for false claims. I'd suggest no one goes down this road for the benefit of yourself and your family. Poorly run and the owners could care less about the property. Be be prepared to call a locksmith if you ever get locked out. And never have any one take responsibility for these lack of actions. I strongly suggest against living here or any properties owned by 163rd LLC."

"Owner will fight you tooth and nail over the security deposit. I was deducted of $100 because apparently I didn't clean the outside windows of a two story building, behind the oven, or the bathroom fans. I had done 2 weekends worth of cleaning prior and left the place spotless without any damage. Management is great, just don't expect your full security deposit back unless you're ready to make a small claims. Don't support crooked owners"

"This is the worst apartment I have lived. At first, they pretended to be nice to you and ask you to give them nice comments in Yelp. But after that everything is bad. If something is broken, they never come to repair it. For example, the microwave is broken in October and I asked them to repair it. At first, they said "Ok" and would send someone to repair it. But in several weeks they never came to repair. Since my lease contract end date is 12/31/2017 and they asked me whether you wanted to extend the lease, and I said "No". Since that, no one came to repair the microwave. After I moved out, they deducted all my deposit including the fee of microwave. I just wanted to said, please do not live there. My lawyer is going to sue them. And the private apartment owner is rude."

"We are still in the process of moving in, which is why I only gave them 4 stars... We recently signed a 1 year lease with Alderwood. The community Director, Leslie, is great. She has been with us every step of the way, patiently and professionally answering any and all questions we have. Any issues we found during our initial inspection of the unit (very minor things), have been taken care of. We are excited to enjoy the amenities the community has to offer, and finalize our move into our new apartment in a few weeks."
