"Horrible apartaments, since new management took over all things got worse, now is a lot of roaches walking in the rooms, in the kitchen and price goes up like 25% this months for a 2 bedroom one bath , I really don’t see why they increase ?, not new modifications or any for do this plus I think is not legal to increase rent more than 10% but they don’t care, utilities bill goes up every month by 10 dollars or more .. supposed is a low income apartments but if you look outside price is almost similar.. concluding they are abusing of the poor people in there if were any -5 start for evaluate sure I will use instead 1.. I am victim of that, maintaining is a mess, rats inside, roaches terrible experience since Ralph gone , is disgusting wake up in the morning and when you go to pick any dish or spoon see roaches walking on it.."

"I am not pleased at how things are being ran over here, I need to speak with somebody asap. Not email, but SPEAK to, because I've been texting/calling with no answer for the past 5 months and the only response I've gotten is from word of mouth that there is no landlord. Which I'm pretty sure nobody was notified, because I sure was not."

"Wish I could give zero stars 1st management is no where to be found and never answer calls but is very very good at making sure rent is paid. 2nd there’s not repair maintenance man/woman. We had and awesome gentlemen who also lived here who was taking care of the place and bam they fire him this place needs to be fined / sold to a company or person who can run then place decent. AND LAST THERE ARE SQUATTERS IN THE COMPLEX WHO ARE LIVING FREE WHILE I HAVE TO PAY 2K TO LIVE HERE MAKES NO SENCE. IF OWNERS DONT FIX THIS PROBLEM THEY WILL HAVE A NICE TIME IN COURT PAYING PEOPLE OFF 1 BY 1."

"Apartment 425 has nothing but disrespect and noise at all times keeps up anyone around! The people have been served a ticket and been asked several times to shut it down and they either slam the door in your face or get aggressive. This has been going on for at least 3 years now. Wouldn't recommend moving in unless you like staying awake 24/7. The space and the apartments are nice but these people outweigh that, find somewhere else to rent."

"We had to deal with rats costantly eating our clothes and that's not all, there was also some damages to the apartment, and when people walk by, the windows will always shake, and when i give birth to my baby i always had to take her from in the room because of people constantly smoking and the scent travels to us next door. Lets just say NEVER going back."
