"Do not rent at this place. They are unprofessional rentals and changing manage every time. Every new manager comes to the office. They start digging into your account and start charging you for unnecessary fees so that they look good to the property manager on top of that they charge you for water garbage each month. Residents are moving out every week a bad place to rent!!! They have pluming issues. No emergency service mail gets stolen numbers does not work when you try to reach out to management. It’s a horrible place to rent. There are nothing about charging your account for fees and fees."

"The staff were professional and the maintenance crew were terrific. Community is diverse. Apartments are very spacious for an older building. We upgraded our space and it was totally fine with management and upgrades made it feel more homey. Suggestion: Please take care of carn horns and garbage bins and this place would be great!"
