"Cannot wait to move. Don’t even waste your time, ever since new management took over it’s been somehow even more awful and some residents just don’t care. There’s trash all over the place and there’s always something going on whether it be police officers, an ambulance or fire trucks here, it’s literally every week. We moved here in a rush because of a new job and did not do enough research on the property which is our own fault. We relied on prior reviews mostly so if you’re doing the same, take this as your sign to look elsewhere."

"I have left several messages in regard to the cleanliness and safety of this building, and have gotten no response. The property manager is only on site Monday and Tuesday, which makes it difficult to have an in person conversation. We had some people get into the lobby, break into mailboxes and no one responded to the tenants concerns on this. The hallways, elevator, stairwells, trash areas etc. are always dirty. We only have 1 maintenance person to service the entire building Mon-Fri only. Weekends, the condition of the building is worse. The security gate is often left open or broken and the front lawn often has trash and/or people on it. We pay a significant amount of money to live here and these conditions and lack of response from management is unacceptable."

"My overall experience living in Summerhill Terrace Apartments was a living hell, the roof of the wall was leaking in my bathroom, police got called on me for no reason what so ever, my car got towed twice by All Brauns Towing even though I had my parking permit on the dashboard, my car got broken into, there was a eviction notice on my front door even though I already paid for my rent, they wrongfully took a extra $2,200 out of my account online which total amount they took was $4,400 when I just paid for my rent earlier in the month. The management and their corporation didn't do nothing to repay me back my money so I had to go towards the bank to dispute it. They also shortened me out of my deposit because when I started living there I pay $850 and by the time I left for a different place they send me my deposit back and I found it was $518 smh. I wouldn't advise/suggest to anybody to live at Summerhill Terrace Apartments at all, it would be too much screwing up on the management part and you going to be forever frustrated, find a better area because this place is not worth it."

"This has been one of my best experiences ever! 1st, someone actually answered the phone. 2nd, Susana was a great help in this process. She made me feel that I had a friend who wanted to help me. 3rd, she was very patient and polite with me. Helping me through every step of the way. 4th, I am a bit sad that she works at a different location but she informed me that her coworkers are awesome and I am in good hands. 5th, the neighbors here are nice. I have been greeted each time that I have come to visit. 6th, I am very excited for my new place and grateful for the support that I have received."
