"Took my car in during the summer to fix an oil pressure sensor, the same sensor starting leaking again months after, Mark was great about getting my car in and fixing the issue at no cost since the part was under warranty. Within 24 hours I was able to have my car back. I guess I was kind of shocked when I went to pick up my car and I had zero braking capability. Would have been nice to know that you snapped my rear brake lines while in your possession. I had a great time towing it somewhere else and paying $450 for new break lines. Things happen, but when you are completely aware of the situation and even have photos, an explanation or responsibility would have been appreciated."
