"Staff are great; residents not (noise, smoking). Renovated apartments are nice. Great galley kitchens, top-notch appliances. Took some shortcuts elsewhere (closets, bathroom) but overall great condition. Thin walls, floors/ceilings, and you’ll have your windows open a lot, so you’ll hear your neighbors all the time. There’s no air conditioning, which isn’t uncommon on the Peninsula, but there are occasional hot days where you’ll have all windows and doors open. Foster City is very safe, but if someone wanted to break in at Waters Edge, it would be easy."
