"Terrible....this place used to be decent and now its transitioning to different property management companies every other month. They have lost sight as to what type of property we are living in and charging us itemized expenses without informing us in advance, Super illegal BTW. I'm planning on not staying here very long. It's disappointing that San Mateo County is allowing such poor management. They are taking advantage of San Mateo residents."

"I have lived at 2000 Delaware for four years. We have a great time at this place. I love the layout of our apartment, the location is safe, the apartment is cozy while very modern. The manager Dana Usik is always ready to help us and make sure everything is under control; every time I had a question my calls and emails were promptly responded and when I had a request it was fulfilled right away . Another aspect of this place that I love is the cleanliness; Arturo Guzman makes sure the building is spot less and we love him for that. Thank you Dana and Arturo for making this place feel like home."
"This place is not very good, cockroaches problems, elevator constantly breaks, only one way out of the building, parking issues all the time too."
