"I love the layout, privacy, community events & upscale feel of the units & community areas. It’s walkable to everything. The arcade is AMAZING and still yet to be the best feature. I also love the fact that management lives on site & seem to enjoy living here. The staff and residents are friendly. Edited v1 = Still a very good place to live. I expressed my concerns with a noise complaint living less than 15 ft away from gym 2 months ago listening/bearing through a louder than usual slamming weight/ unprepared sound engineering space that has been a less focused area. Both managers assured me that the even though budget was not allocated, that signs would be made to assist. No signs. No budget. No sleep. Rent is still due…..if anyone is curious about how loud + the disruption is, I’m happy to share. Outside of me, I think everyone is having an amazing experience. Edited v2 = After a month of miscommunication, failed attempts at resolving the sound issue with the 24hr gym, a goal post that keeps changing in resolving the issue over 4+ times, I'll be moving to a different floor. Word of advice for anyone moving to the only unit on the 2nd floor in which you share a wall with the gym, only move there if you've always wanted to move to the inside of a bowling alley. If you have children, enjoy sleep, work from home, or just a quiet home, this isn't the unit for you. You must be very comfortable with hearing loud wrecking ball noises at any time on any day. From what I know now, the previous tenants also had the same issue so I want to remain transparent so that nobody is blind to what they are signing up for and not having to move again 6 months after just moving/settling in. Beautiful unit, terrible placement and I'd avoid at all costs until the issue has been confirmed to be resolved. Building management also did a "sound test" and are completely aware of the sound issues. In order for a space to be effectively soundproofed, the walls need to be insulated, the floor needs to be fully matted, etc. Management did move the machines to see if that would help but unfortunately sound travels so it was ineffective. If you are touring that specific unit (the only one that shares a wall with the gym), I'd advise that you bring along a friend for them to be in the gym while you are in the unit to perform a sound test so that you can hear for yourself. Good luck, and may the odds of not moving into that unit be ever in your favor!"

"Been living at Edson House for a few months now and I have had a wonderful experience. Jacarre has been attentive to my questions about the move in process and very easy to work with. The building is always kept very clean and has a whole modern feel to it. Lots of amenities like a rooftop lounge and gym. Great location with walking distance to plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and cafes. Couldn't be happier with the move!"

Jacarre gave me a thorough tour of the property, answered all my questions, and did a great job organizing my move-in process. Shout out to Sarah as well for her coordination with the elevator reservation. Their professionalism and friendliness were truly exceptional. The apartment itself is in pristine condition, and I love the amenities and location. Since I moved in Labor Day weekend, I was able to finish the move with a delicious meal on the rooftop deck where they had BBQ from a local restaurant and live music—courtesy of Edson House. Additionally, all the tenants I have met so far have been very kind and friendly. 10/10 Highly recommend!"
