"Amenities and affordable space for the Bay Area, locations has pros/cons. BUT it was the mustiest place I have ever spent time in… the apartment caused health symptoms and mold grew on some of my things. The landlord admitted to asbestos in the building AFTER I complained about flaking popcorn ceilings and air quality, but otherwise did nothing. There is also zero cellphone service (must use WiFi calling.) The condo I lived in will be up for sale soon and I hope buyers do due diligence!"

"Inspiring views, well maintained, great location. We've been living here for about a year now as renters after we sold our Berkeley Hills house. We really like living here and may consider buying a condo here someday if we can find one as nice as the one we are now renting. On the down side, you'll need a car to go shopping and it's still apartment living. People keep to themselves, and though people are friendly enough, no one is looking to make friends."

"I have owned my place here for over 40 years.The place has 4 pools, tennis courts that Billie Jean King played on in the 1970's ,a clubhouse with steam rooms, saunas two hot tub's, a boardwalk on the San Francisco bay a Trader Vicks at the end of the board walk. A great market a free bus to Bart nice neighbor's, security and one of the best location's in the Bay area. In short this place is wonderful!"
