Though there’s a few issues for toilet and garbage disposal, the very professional Daniel from the maintenance team fixed them all even on Saturday. Shout out to THE best apartment. Don’t hesitate! Just move in!"

He has always been able to fix low pressure faucets, slow draining sinks, dryers. - Good noise control. The noise in the community has gotten quieter over the years as it's mostly engineers, finance, and other professionals living here. - Secure - gated garage, latch secured door access, secured mail room."

"Sad to be moving out. We've spent 4.5 years living at Montrose. The apartments are great, fantastic amenities (rooftop view is brilliant) and it felt like great value for money versus the other options available. Jacks and the team have been quick to communicate, host events and we've had a great experience all round. The maintenance team and the cleaners do an awesome job here too. Highly recommend to all moving to the area and walking distance to Castro Street and Los Altos is a bonus."

"I toured more than 30 apartments in the past 2 weeks… I walked in the leasing office pretty randomly. However, the first time I met the super warm and professional guy Danny, after my first step into the apartment, first sight of the window, “Mountain View, the View of Mountain”… I felt a strong sense of belonging. “This is my place. This is home.”, I told myself and I made my decision right away. The price is a little bit high than other neighborhoods. But, nothing can beat the view here… today’s my move-in day, wish me good luck in the coming year!!!"
