"Had some last minute changes to my unit (my fault). Rae and Grace were able to make last minute accommodations to meet my needs, hands down the greatest. They even gave me a tour around the local farmers market for lunch, which was 2 blocks over (happens every Friday). Cleaning staff is great. Maintenance staff is great. The atmosphere is awesome and the staff makes you feel at home. Units are very affordable. The rooftop terrace has a decent view. The gym has enough equipment for the average fitness fanatic. So far been here for 1 week and no complaints."

"I’ve lived at 1150 Clay for over a year and can honestly say that it has been one of the best luxury apartment experiences I’ve ever had. The leasing office team is very responsive and helpful, maintenance is quick to resolve issues, and the common areas and elevators are always clean. 24hr security, AND valet trash service - seriously, this place is great! No issues with noise from other apartments and neighbors are considerate/ friendly. It has great amenities, can’t get any better in terms of location (lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance), and I highly recommend catching the sunset from the rooftop!"
