"The tenant of room 203. most of the time on the weekend keep blasting music that greatly disturbs the building from morning to morning which keeps the tenants unable to sleep most of the nights on the weekend. There are many unknown people coming out of the building and going to room 203 which put the safety of the people at risk. The building would smell of marijuana and the elevator would be sticky due to vomit. Never have this kind of terrible manager living in this apartment for 4 years. The manager does not care not about the safety of tenants. RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK."

"Apartment is a great location, spacious, and nice. The only problem is that the tenant gets to do whatever they want from loud music, hosting parties, trash all over, etc. Manager is not around most of the time."

"Have lived here for over a year now, great location, close to shopping and schools. Management is on top of all issues and always helpful. Apartments are way roomier compared to any other in the area with nice view of mountain. Residents are respectful and friendly. Highly recommended."

"The Flair Apts (5475 Prospect Rd, SJ) is a very nice place to live. I moved in summer 2018, and have had a very good experience so far. The people - residents and managers - are all very nice, quiet, considerate, professional, hard working. New managers July 2018, and they are excellent, very reliable and responsive. The property is clean, very safe for children, great location, can walk to every service imaginable within a mile. Right on desirable W. SJ/Saratoga border. Great highway access. Plenty of laundry machines. Spacious covered garage parking, plus storage closets in the basement. My daughter loves the pool! The apts are very large/spacious units, open floor plan, lots of closet space, large patio, floor to ceiling sliding doors in every room. I like to hike and cycle (ride,mtn) and it's perfectly located near the Santa Cruz Mtns and trails/open spaces. Easy access over HWY 17 to the ocean in 30 minutes. SJC airport is 15 minutes tops. Downtown Saratoga, Campbell, and Los Gatos all a few minutes drive. Overall it's a pleasant, safe and clean environment. GREAT value compared to the market!"
