"It’s a very good apartments, quite and clean, near trains station, near centre Sannyvale, many different shops, parks and library. I lived in this complex for more than a year and I really liked it, good service."

"I have been staying here for one and half years now , and my stay here has been very pleasant. The apartment complex is quiet & calm. It's close by to caltrain train station, farmer's market as well as Murphy park. They respond real quick to maintenance requests."

"Lived here for about 8 months now. My experience has been really good. The landlord Medina is very professional and made signing all the documents an easy process. Medina was also very accommodating with my pet cat. I live in the studio by myself with a cat and there is more than enough space with the walk in closet and kitchen. My unit is very clean, no mold and haven't seen any insects yet. The complex is very quiet, but you can hear the faint caltrain and airplanes occasionally. Maintenance is really quick as well, all my requests were completed the next business day. The location is the best part, a short walk from downtown Sunnyvale and the caltrain station. Some cons are almost all utilities are not included, except for parking. No gym, or indoor pools. No in unit laundry or dishwasher for the studio. In conclusion, my experience has been very pleasant."

"The apartments themselves have nice new finishes but when I moved in there were several cockroaches living under the sink, massive water damage near the toilet, and about a year later I had a mouse problem. Additionally, I had items stolen from the laundry room more than once. The hot tub on property is too dirty for me to feel comfortable going in it. The grass areas in the courtyards however is very nice. Finally, the property staff is very, very hit or miss. The woman who leased me my apartment, Brittany, was wonderful. Maintenance is also helpful as well, when you can get the complex to deploy them. I have had some issues getting help from other members of the staff and am often surprised but how rude some of the leasing office staff is when I’m asking questions about paying rent. There have also been a handful of instances where they leave notes on the apartment doors for important information that often needs to be immediately actioned. As someone who sometimes travels for work, this is very problematic. It seems like emailing would be acceptable and preferable, since they do have resident emails. I’ve lived here for a couple years now and while I do like my apartment, I think for the unit damage, the grounds issues, pest problems, laundry issues, service hostility, and communication problems, I am not sure I feel like the benefits of living here offset the cost."

"Here are the positives and the negatives. ***** First, the positives: --> Month-to-month contract (this is primarily why we opted for it) --> Near to the Sunnyvale Caltrain station (thought this was important, but used it just once to go to SF) --> Near to a few of the bus-stops (helps if you are dependent on public transportation or thinking green) --> Near to the Sunnyvale Downtown (good for those occasional eat-outs) --> Walkable (15-20 min) distance to stores like Target, Lucky, Macy's, Salons, Coffee Shops --> Ample parking spot available (1 reserved covered, any number of uncovered) ***** And then the negatives: --> Primary reason we moved out is that the rent seems to be higher now. We have lived here close to 2 years now. We moved in the 2nd quarter of 2010 when the rent seemed to be reasonable for a 2 bed + 2 bath at $1470 (w/o contract). After 1.5 years, they decided to increase it to $1700. The electricity and water+trash+sewage (times the number of occupants) is additional to the house rent. --> Barest minimum recreational amenities in the apartment complex - just a swimming pool. --> Common laundry rooms. Many coin washers and dryers are often not functioning and it gets really crowded on weekends. --> No microwave oven in house. You need to buy one if you want to use one. --> It's not a "closed" apartment complex. We did not have security issues as such but only once came to know that a neighbour's bike was stolen. ---> I think they'd end up charging you, no matter how hard you try to clean up the apartment after you leave. ***** I really did not have any interaction with the Management and hence could not say about the people managing the place."
