"Madrone is really a great place to live, beautifully landscaped with many established trees including orange and lemon trees in the citrus garden. The apartments are modern and spacious and backed up with excellent facilities on-site such as the gym, pool, hot tub, fire pit and barbecue. The maintenance team are friendly and responsive usually addressing any minor issues the same day if you’re flexible with timings. The team in the leasing centre are fantastic too, organising monthly events in the community room and always ready for a friendly chat should you need to stop by to collect anything from the Amazon lockers or want to enjoy a post workout coffee. Whilst the Caltrain can be a bit loud with the wind in the wrong direction it’s something you soon get used to and stop noticing — and makes for convenient access to both San Antonio station and Mountain View station (and downtown)."

"I had a great move in experience at Madrone Apartments, largely thanks to the exceptional assistance provided by Rebecca. When we initially moved in, there were a big issues that needed to be addressed, and Rebecca went above and beyond to ensure everything was promptly corrected. Her dedication to resolving our concerns made our transition into the apartment smooth and stress-free. We just moved from Michigan to California and she's now one of the reasons why I say everyone is so nice over here!"

"The apartments are modern and space efficient. I have no complains when it comes to functionality of the apartments. The facilities are also very reliable and accessible. The management team is great as well. However, the reason why I'm only giving 3 stars is because there are some Karens and Kens here. I did not expect to be attacked by my white neighbors while I'm minding my own business. They are very aggressive and lack personal boundaries. I feel like I'm a victim of hate crime. The environment is so hostile. Please be safe from white people everyone. I hope kindness prevails."

"One of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in since moving to CA. Everyone from the Madrone Office team that I interacted with was such a pleasure and really made me feel at home. The property is very well maintained and there is plenty of green areas for dogs to sniff and explore. I lived in the newer building which had spacious apartments with all new amenities and secure parking underground. It was also pretty quiet. While you may occasionally hear the nearby train, I don’t think I heard my neighbours once! The apartment is in a great location - right between downtown Mountain View and San Antonio. There are plenty of parks nearby as well, including Rengstorff Park."
