"Overall this is a hidden gem in the area. I was a resident for just under a year. Units are spacious but bedrooms and bathrooms small. Noise was not a problem. Some residents would have the occasional party at their garage or the pool and they got loud at times, but why not? It’s a community and celebrations will happen. Garages are poorly designed as tandem 2 car in most units. Getting in and out of some takes a lot of effort due to spacing of drives. Challenges with parking as there are few spaces for visitors, especially in evening hours. Some residents do not pick up after their dogs leaving waste even on the pathways sometimes. Office is rigid on policies and not always ready to adjust based on individual situations. As with most companies, they like to throw contracts and agreements at you instead of listening to find out how they can help."
