"Playground and tables near it are falling apart, security let's repo towtrucks in at night and gets cashed out for it, dogs are just let out to roam and poop everywhere. Apartments are nice inside and maintenance is pretty fast responding to requests."

"Poor management, poor communication and poor overall. This was a pretty nice place to live until the new management took over and totally neglected the property. There is weeks when trash or litter isnt removed regularly, we have people entering the property late at night and stealing. We dont have any security!!!! They had the nerve to raise the rent every year without any improvements or beautification to the property. This year they have started beautification improvements and updating units. They have selectively updated some of the exisiting tenants units; but havent updated our unit with new floors or features. We were told they were testing in new units; but they have updated some exisitng units for there tenants who have complained 9r remained a nuisance. It amazes me that they allowed one of the employees to move in and completely gutted that unit, added new blinds that are totally different from the other tenants units and gave them two parking spaces,but i requested one three years ago and still havent been told anything. Lastly, they are now offering two months or free rent for new tenants; but i was dam near evicted for a few late payments due to change in employment, i was charged 500 dollars for legal fees and to this date i have yet to recieve a reciept outlining what the payment was for. This is on top of my daughters car being towed two days in a row costing me a 1000 dollars, when the previous employee would call to let you know it needed to moved, courtesy and professionalism is everything. They choose who they treat respectfully. The rest of us especially black are all perceived as section 8 recipents. I never missed a payment for close to years, these guys are a trip. Please beware!!! Its all smoke and morriors."

"Okay - I want everyone moving here to be very careful. Your safety. Your sanity. Everything will be diminished living here. I paid something like 2100 for a two bedroom. I thought getting a gated place in Vallejo would be safest - so I chose this place. Here is everything that happened to me while I was there: 1. My neighbor crashed into my car and they refused to work with police or help me with information needed to file a claim. 2. TWICE the maintenance people went into my apartment without any knowledge. One time I was naked and sleeping in my room and woke up to a note on my kitchen counter from one. 3. Raw sewage was leaking from a pipe outside of my apartment. 4. The gate is broken about 80% of the time so terrible things were happening constantly. Shootings. Bullets outside of my car. Stolen packages. 5. The washer and dryer rooms and SO nasty and dirty and kids go in and out using the restroom in them. They don’t unlock it during the times that are posted so washing your clothes was a nightmare. I called them to let them know almost every washer was broken and they wanted me to find the serial number behind the washers for them. 6. Dead cats are everywhere. There is a huge colony that I worked of for two years there. However - a lot of them don’t make it. I was getting calls to pull dead kittens from my neighbors garage. 7. They will not respond to emails when you have a concern. They literally just won’t do it. You have to go in the office if you want help. 8. They sent me a renewal for my lease through email and the door. I emailed back and let them know that I would not be renewing because of the maintenance people coming into my apartment and the crime made me feel completely unsafe. I couldn’t even walk out the door without debilitating anxiety. They then told me I needed to pay them an extra months rent before I left because I didn’t repeat the date that was on the letter in my email notice. They tried to send it to collections - but after talking to the city I found out that was completely illegal in CA. 9. RATS. RATS. ….and more RATS! So because the gate doesn’t work and people are gross - the trash would pile up at the dumpsters and spill into the street area where you drive. People illegally dump there and it smells AWFUL. I about lost it when I took my trash out one night and two rats ran past my feet as I stepped in what I think was a pile of rain soaked diapers."

"Living here hasn’t been that great for the cost of rent. The security gates don’t work the trash is always backed up. The laundry facilities don’t work properly. There’s 1000 of fleas in the grass due to 20-30 cats on the property. I tried to terminate my lease and never received a response. I would never want anyone to experience what I did living here! So I totally understand why people move out!"

"This place sucks! Only lived here a month and car has been broken into, the front staff is no help when something does happen! Security is an absolute joke here! Homeless everywhere, abandoned trashed cars everywhere, police activity every night, dangerous and reckless drivers ALL HOURS OF THE DAY doing side shows etc. Do not move into this place! Save your time and money, go somewhere else! If I could move out I would!"
