"This is a newly constructed apartment and everything is new & clean! The leasing team had always been helpful during the process and give quick responses. It is also close to bus stops, Starbucks, and food court! Highly recommend living here."

"2 months after my first viewing and 1 week after moved in, I have to leave a 5-star review despite some imperfection. First let's start with the pros. The leasing and management team is very easy to communicate, very responsive, and super helpful. I'd have taken it for granted if not being mistreated by another leasing manager from a nearby property. This level of "customer service" definitely matches the property's branding as a luxury apartment. So big shout out to Cezar, Leady and the team. Everything's brand-new as I've witnessed the entire complex was built from scratch. That's also a big plus. But do be aware that a lot of things aren't ready yet. The delivery system, the garage gate, the front door telecom - just to name a few. The team has been pretty proactive to resolve upcoming issues, but it is far from being perfect, or truly luxurious. Hopefully we are getting there soon. Two main cons here. One, noise. Very good window installation et cetera, but the train honking is still very noticeable no matter which direction you are facing. And, The trains would still honk in the middle of the night, we are taking about 2-3 am, and my apartment isn't facing directly to the train track. Light sleepers - be prepared to be waken up numerous times every night... Two, it's not the most convenient location. You'll most likely still have to drive to Emeryville's downtown or any decent restaurant because there's not really many options nearby that is walkable. But hey, Berkeley and Oakland are not that far away anyway! Now, talking about rent, you might be able to score similar deals with less noise, closer to shops or more amenities (some other apartment complexes come with pools or even bowling allies, something Bayview does not offer). But there are more important things in life than these things. Think about the management's professionalism you will be dealing with. Think about the city vibe you'll get with the trains. Think about popping the cherry of a brand-new apartment... It is a judgement call... But overall, the team has done their very best and deserve every of the 5 stars on this review."

"I have been living at Bayview for 2 months and couldn’t be happier in the community I have chosen as my home. The entire management team has been gracious and welcoming. From the seamless application process to moving in and getting settled in my apartment it couldn’t have been easier. "My wife and I just moved here coming from overseas. We believe we have chosen, by far, the best place in the area to call home. The place is brand new, clean, and safe. The neighborhood is nice as well. And it seems the building is well-soundproofed that even the train's sound across the street is not a biggie. The leasing staff (Leady, Ceasar, and Janae) are all nice, helpful, and professional. They have geniun interest in helping us from the smallest detail (like printing a piece of paper or receiving packages) all the way to giving us the best deal and moving experience. We can see that they are happy to do it and they enjoy what they are doing. A special shout out for Leady who was helping us since we were abroad. The maintenance team is also great and very responsive. We are glad to call Bayview home!"
