"Save yourself the headache and CANCEL NOW. They will make you wait five months for an appointment and then call you one day before to confirm and charge you $100 to cancel. I was listed as an emergency contact for a patient and was called this way, to be informed of cancellation BILLING; I was with the patient at the time and they did not even attempt to contact her. They are simply trained to extract money from you, without providing any service."

"GO SOMEWHERE ELSE lady on the phone is rude. she cuts you off and doesn't let you speak. You try to explain your situation and basically says it's not their problem because they have too many patients. In every job you're asked to multi task and that clinics are high volume. Maybe if you can't multi task or work in a high volume place you shouldn't be working there."

"Updated review: they called my brother 3 weeks before his scheduled appointment that he made with them 4 months in advance to say they couldn't accept his insurance. 1) why did it take so long to tell him 2) why wasn't eligibility established back when the appointment was made Family member's referral was declined even though the appointment was made over 4 months in advance. Eligibility was a detail they could have reviewed prior to creating an appointment. Its now delayed care for a heart patient who needs this done. // older review details: Tried emailing them for info, but it got an error code that it was not received. Called them instead for Information regarding Appointment availability. The details provided were as follows: -Patient must call for themselves to set up appointments. -At this time October 2022, its reported that theres no availability until February 2023. -Doctor referral is required. -Appointment cancellations may open availability. In that event, the center will call the next person due for a study to come in instead. .."

"I called 5-6 times over a 4 month period and when they finally picked up the phone they were rude and told me I needed an extension! They never returned any of my calls and I had left 4 voicemails. What a bunch of clowns. I'm gong to see if I can get referred to a different facility"

"Really bad experience with whoever assistant works the phones. Bad customer service. My doctor had given me a referral for them and to start they gave me like a 2-3 month appointment. Then COVID happened so it got delayed. My referral expired so I had to ask for a new one. "Miraculously" a new referral was asked for in my behalf without my consent and then the calls started again. When I tried to explain, and I do mean tried because I kept getting interrupted, she denied it and tried to laugh it off. I pointed it out and even when she had just tried to laugh at me she denied it. Try at your own risk"
