"The Saint johns is a horrible place. They do not offer no type of security for their residence. They have shooters in there almost every day. My God baby has been shot recently like last week and then there has been other shootings because they don’t have the doors locked the gates are all open like a open invitation for intruders they have a recreation center for the kids that they don’t even open up and let them use. The sewer is always overflowing into peoples houses. The management up in the front does not know what they’re doing. They’re rude and they’re underhanded. They are going around asking for peoples EBT code or a receipt saying how much food stamps they have, which is none of their business they had people apply for the PPP loans through them so the people don’t even know what they got back or if they even got anything and then they came around and asked them to reapply for eight again, the woman’s children the landlords children are always washing all times at night they’re in and out of the main office after hours I seen the daughter of the landlord go in the office with the keys after hours it was around 9 PM or 10 PM the Saint johns needs a overhaul and new management. It is not safe for anyone to residing in the gates do not lock and people from other areas. Come there and have their shoot outs and our children are the ones that’s getting shot. A lot of people want to move out of the air but they don’t have the money or the means to do it so this like you’re stuck in a middle of a big garbage can and a shoot out you can’t even walk to the store without worrying if you and your children are going to be shot a shot at they have no security over here at all"

"Customer service at this apartment complex is horrible, however, not every representative they may temporarily hire working into this category. Nevertheless, the company is all about taking from renter and not providing good landlord service. Their units are full of big roaches they want to call "Water Bugs"! In the end, DON'T RENT FROM THIS LANDLORD!!"
