"Sitting here at 12:18 p.m. still waiting for a bed for my 11 a.m. procedure. The directing nurse has told me that there are still 3 patients before me so I won’t be seen for at least another hour. No one gave me a heads up about the lag time, the nurses won’t acknowledge me unless I hit the call button and make a stink. Pretty much one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had."
"This was a flawless experience! My doctor sent a referral to them and they called me to set up the appointment. Their requirements and the information they needed was presented to me before the appointment, so I was very prepared when I got there. Check-in was a snap. The technicians, nurses, staff...everyone, really, were very nice, professional, and caring. They gave me multiple opportunities to ask questions and explained everything. They even laughed at my terrible jokes. (I may have mentioned something about wanting to go home and watch movies about gladiators as I was getting discharged. IYKYK.) I was comfortable and felt very much at ease in their care. If and when I have to have to do another colonoscopy or an endoscopy, I will chose this place, hands down."
"The receptionist kept saying that my father’s insurance wasn’t active. He has medical he’s an elderly man with cancer. His part A and part B are active and his secondary insurance is also active, a person with his secondary Insurance talk to the receptionist and she was still saying if they didn’t have it active on her end they couldn’t seen my father. The worst receptionist experience ever."
"They will call and leave a message, when you call back, they will NOT answer the phone. If you leave your name and number, they will NOT return your call. Never sent wifes serum to the pharmacy, as necessary for her procedure. Had to drive to location to straighten out issue they called about. They wouldn't return her call."
"Very nice nurses, well taking care of the patient during my sisters visit! There was one mis-communication between the front desk and one of the nurses but that was resolved. “Patient discharge only” if you are picking up the patient and let the front desk know then you receive your patient from a side door just cross your parked car."
